My Story

My path to coaching wasn’t linear. I’ve been in high-pressure roles, navigated career pivots, and learned firsthand how leadership can feel both inspiring and isolating. What I know is that leaders and entrepreneurs need space to sort through challenges, reconnect with their values, and find ways of leading that feel authentic. That’s why I do this work... because I’ve been there too.

This work helps people reconnect with their internal wisdom, build trust in their bodies, and find freedom from diet culture. Not through pressure or resolutions, but through creating the space to understand what you want the year to feel like and how you want to show up in it. This visioning circle is designed for entrepreneurs, whether you are building on your own or leading a team, and offers the structure and support to explore these questions with intention.Across two guided, 90-minute sessions, we will explore the themes, priorities, and intentions you want to anchor your year. This is not a formulaic planning workshop. It is a thoughtful and intentional container where you can reflect honestly, imagine fully, and shape a vision that feels aligned with who you are becoming.There will also be an optional check in session between the two gatherings for anyone who wants extra space to process, ask questions, or share what is emerging.You will receive planning and reflection guides before and throughout the experience to help you prepare, integrate, and stay connected to the work you are doing.
