AI is reshaping recruiting, and the ghosting and competition haven't let up. Together, they've left many job seekers feeling stuck or overwhelmed. The old playbook needs a refresh, and support matters more than ever.

"Landing Your Next Role" is a structured, small-group program for mid- to senior-level professionals ready to move their search forward. Co-led with Gabby Douglas, founder of Look Closer Recruiting, the program combines tactical search strategy with the internal resilience a job search demands.
